Sign-in and essential services
Authentication cookies keep your account session available as you move between pages. Their lifetime depends on the session and authentication settings. Blocking them can prevent sign-in and account features from working.
Your bag and pending payment
Local browser storage remembers the items in your bag between visits. A separate record remembers a payment you have started so that you can return to it. It includes the order reference, payment link, amount and expiry. Expired pending-payment records are cleared when the site loads.
Basket storage remains until you remove it or clear your browser’s site data. Clearing browser storage does not cancel an order or payment already submitted.
Affiliate referrals
If you visit using an affiliate link, a referral cookie records the referral code for up to 30 days. It supports referral attribution and any applicable checkout discount. A newer valid referral replaces the previous one. This cookie is called mammoth_ref; its historical name does not change its purpose.
Abuse prevention
Some forms use a browser-derived visitor identifier and request information to limit automated abuse. This is separate from the contents of your bag. Security checks may also use an anti-bot service when enabled.
Managing stored information
Use your browser’s privacy settings to inspect, block or delete cookies and site data for this website. Clearing all site data can sign you out and remove your saved bag and referral. Contact our team if you need help understanding a stored item.
