UK delivery
Most orders are processed within one business day and typically arrive within 2-5 business days across the UK with tracking. Qualifying orders ship free; the current threshold and delivery charge are shown in your bag and confirmed at checkout.
Orders are sent in plain outer packaging. For international enquiries, contact support before ordering because customs and import requirements vary by destination.
Returning an unopened product
Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery in accordance with UK consumer regulations. Please contact support before returning anything so that we can authorise the return and provide the correct next steps.
Do not send a product back without contacting us first. This helps us identify the order and assess the request correctly.
